1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 1–3 business days for processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packing. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available shipping methods and delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping service chosen at checkout. Please see below for a general outline:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter or check our website for updates on special offers!
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some locations where we are unable to deliver. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you during the checkout process, and your order will be canceled.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Serenity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once the tracking shows that the order has been delivered. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for added security.
If you have concerns regarding lost packages or delivery issues, feel free to contact us at serenity.clothing@hotmail.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but we are unable to provide a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or miss-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
